Who are your programs for?

LyssFitness programs are designed for the every day woman that wants to show up as her best self. Whether it's a quick 30 or 60-day grab-n-go program to look good before a last-minute event, a custom workout plan to strike out on your own, or a more catered and customized 1-on-1 coaching program for those that need a little nudge toward their goals or don't want to do it alone; we have a fit for you.

Which program is right for me?

With a quick assessment call to review some basic information like current fitness level, goals, habits, etc. we can determine which plan is right for you. For some it may be 1-on-1 coaching with complete customization, accountability, and constant. support, while others may prefer a self-guided approach like a customized workout plan or ready-made plan.

What support do I get with 1:1 Coaching?

All LyssFitness 1:1 Coaching Programs include private, weekly calls that you schedule at your convenience. It's an opportunity to talk about your progress, ask questions, change goals, or just tell me about your week - it's your time with me. Additionally, all coaching programs are run through an app with a messaging function that gives you full access to me 24/7, as well as a group chat with other community members; if you choose to use it. So you get support from me and other women with similar goals and drive!

Why should I do coaching instead of a custom plan or one of your other programs?

That's a great question! The short answer is...maybe you shouldn't.

1-on-1 coaching isn't for everyone, and I didn't start LyssFitness to sell you something you don't need. I'm here to help women achieve their goals and become their best selves. The assessment call is meant to talk to you about your goals and where you are physically, mentally, financially, and see how much time you have to dedicate to this. 1-on-1 coaching is perfect for some but not for others.

We will talk through it all and figure out your fit together.
